"We had NO hot water in our room. The heat was broken, and we had to change rooms. The air in the pool area was uncomfortably hot, while the temperature of the "heated" pool was cold.
The service at the restaurant was poor, and the food was just okay.
The people at the front desk were nice; but overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I will NEVER stay there, again."
